Terms and Conditions
- The package must be booked directly with The Windsor and is not available online.
- Continental breakfast included.
- A non refundable deposit of £30 per person will be taken at the time of booking.
- The cancellation policy is three days prior to arrival. Should you cancel within this period the full balance becomes payable. We will however try to resell the package and should we be successful you will only be charged for any shortfall that we may incur.
- To prevent any potential loss due to cancellations we do stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect yourself.
All cancellations must be advised in writing. Written notice is defined as a letter, fax or email. The period of notice is taken from 2.00 p.m. on the proposed day of arrival.
