Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation we require written confirmation (letter, fax or e-mail) by 2 p.m. three days prior to the date of arrival. Failure to do so will result in the full price of the stay being charged to your credit card. However, if we are able to relet the room we will only charge for any shortfall.
Any cancellation charges will initially be offset against any deposit held and the balance will be charged against the credit card supplied to secure the booking. Failure to arrive will result in a no-show charge being taken from your credit card at the rack rate value of the room(s) booked.
